The Premier League has now reached the final International Break of 2025, with the 11th round of fixtures completed between Saturday 8th November and Sunday 9th November 2025.
There were two new kit looks on show this weekend.
Fulham wore alternative black shorts with their Home Kit.
Burnley wore their Away Kit with Home socks for an all Sky Blue look.
Newcastle United 3rd Kit with alternative orange shorts and socks.
There was one new Goalkeeper Kits used this weekend:

Kit Highlights
Fulham wore their 3rd different Home Kit look of the season (4th overall), with alternative black shorts at Everton.. they have worn their default (All White) look six times and with alternative black socks once.
Burnley’s Green Goalkeeper kit becomes the first kit to be worn 10 times this season, having been worn in 10 of the 11 opening games of the season. Overall Burnley worn their 4th Kit of the season this weekend, having worn a mash up of Away with Home Socks.
Crystal Palace and Sunderland both remain undefeated in their Home Kits this season so far, with Sunderland wearing their Home look in 7 games (4 wins / 3 draws) and Crystal Palace in 6 games (2 wins / 4 draws) – Arsenal are also unbeaten in their Home Kit but did not wear it this weekend.
My favourite “Kit Match Up” of the Matchweek was the game between Sunderland and Arsenal, the Arsenal Away with it’s red trim give a nice overall balance to the kit looks on show.

For Remembrance Day 2025 Sunderland will use a bespoke warm-up shirt that pays tribute and proceeds from each shirt sold will be donated to each of three partner charities

If you are reading this then I am sure you have already seen my End of Season Kit Report for 2024 / 25 Premier League and taken the all the details here around Kit Usage this season and many of you will know about the Kit Stats that I share on my Socials through out the season.
I wanted to build on that and spend a little time with each of the 20 Teams and call out my favourite Kit Stat, Kit Tale, Story or general call out all the teams, although there are some teams with plenty to discuss regarding their kits, this will be my favourite observation per team.
Arsenal
7 Goalkeeper kits were worn by Arsenal, including the only “Mash Up” Goalkeeper Kit of the season, using the Yellow and Black versions of the Adidas Template to produce this wonderful look!
Aston Villa
The most kit variations used by a single team with 13 Kits in total but only 3 of these were worn more than once… Home Kit (Default Look) 23 times, Away with Home Shorts (All White) 3 times and Home with alternative claret shorts / socks was worn twice.
AFC Bournemouth
Alternative red socks worn at Manchester City in their final Away game of the season, this was the Club’s only variation look of their Home Kit this season.
Brentford
Brentford wore just one alternative variation from their three Kits this season and that was the appearance of Claret Socks at West Ham United. Initially it was believed that visitors had used a pair of change socks from their hosts but closer inspection shows that these were standard Umbro Teamwear socks, not from West Ham Kit room…!
Brighton & Hove Albion
Brighton & Hove Albion scored the most points in a change kit in the Premier League this season, having scored 19 points in their Away Kit (worn in 14 games).
Chelsea
Chelsea only used their 3rd Kit once in the Premier League this season, worn at Brighton & Hove Albion. In fact this Kit was only worn twice domestically this season, both games against Brighton and within the same week (8th February, FA Cup and 14th February, Premier League).
Crystal Palace
Only variation of kit used by the club this season was in FA Cup Final, with their Home Kit paired with alternative white socks.
Everton
Everton wore their Away Kit in just four game this season but they did that using three different looks, with alternative yellow short and socks used.
Fulham
Fulham were another team that used a change kit just four time, this being their 3rd Kit, which they used twice with alternative white socks (although they do not appear to be Home socks as not carrying the FFC above the Adidas logo).
Ipswich Town
Ipswich Town’s Home was the single most worn outfield kit look this season, being worn 30 times in total.
Leicester City
Leicester City used alternative navy socks with 3rd Kit at Chelsea, a look that worked really well and my favourite for The Foxes this season.
Liverpool
Liverpool used the Nike Goalkeeper template in four different colours, the only Nike supplied team to do so (five if you included the green kit which they also wore with and without the inverted Nike Swoosh logo)!
Manchester City
Another team to wear four Goalkeeper kits was Manchester City, their fourth kit was one that partially created via AI with design input from Ederson, Stefan Ortega, and Rico Lewis, this was part of the promotional advertising for a competition for fans to design their 3rd Kit for 2026 / 27 season!
Manchester United
Manchester United were one of three teams to hit double figures for their Kit Variations this season, each of their three kits used light coloured short variations (White – Home, Light Grey – Away, Off White – 3rd).
Newcastle United
Newcastle United were one of the teams with double digit Kit Variations, wearing 10 Kit looks in total including all possible combinations of their Away Kit with its default and alternative shorts / socks.
Nottingham Forest
Most points scored in 3rd Kit, 16 Points in the 10 games (and 4 Variations) worn.
Southampton
Wore change kits in 18 of the 19 Away games, wearing their Away Kit in 15 Games and 3rd Kit in 3 Games, their 3rd Kit was worn with alternative white shorts in all games rather than the default pink shorts.
Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham Hotspur had two kit variations used this season, one with Home and one with Away but both used the same pair of alternative Navy Socks.
West Ham United
West Ham wore their Home socks with each of their 3 kits, as default with their Home Kit 22 times, twice with their Away Kit and 4 times with their 3rd Kit.
Wolverhampton Wanderers
Wolves spent the final half of the season in their Home Kit, wearing it in the final 19 games. The last time they wore a change kit was 29th December and in total wore a change it just once in 24 games in six months, wearing alternative Old Gold Shorts on the road in the second half of the season in all but 1 game!

The Premier League returns after the International Break and the weekend’s FA Cup Quarter-Finals and we are now in the final stages of the season with Matchweek 30.
Much like we have seen over the past few weeks these were the reverse fixtures from two different Matchweeks, with seven games from Matchweek 15 and three games from Matchweek 19

There were three new kits on show this Matchweek.
Fulham wore their 3rd Kit in it’s default look (with purple socks) for the first time.
Manchester United wore their Away kit with alternative gray socks.
Leicester City in Home Kit with 3rd socks.
Kit Highlights
On Tuesday 1st April, with Fulham and Manchester United both wearing new kit looks, this meant that we reached 100 Kits for this Premier League Season, this was completed in 292 Games.
Manchester United’s Away Kit look, was their 9th Kit Variation of the season, joint 2nd highest in the league this season so far.. they have now worn, four Home Kit looks, two Away Kit and three 3rd Kit looks, it was also their 2nd new look in their last two Premier League Games.
4 in 4… Both Aston Villa and Leicester City have now worn four different Kit Looks in their last four game, Aston Villa with Home, and variations of Away, 3rd and Home Kits being worn and Leicester in Away, a 3rd Kit look with alternative socks, Home Kit, and this week’s Home Kit with 3rd Kit socks.
Crystal Palace wore their 3rd Kit for just the second time this season in the Premier League.
Wolverhampton Wanderers have now worn their Home Kit for 11 games in a row, they have worn alternative Old Gold Shorts in 5 of those games but not used a change kit since Matchweek 19, back on 29th December!
My favourite Kit Match Up of this Matchweek was the game between Brighton & Hove Albion and Aston Villa, seeing Villa in this Adidas Kit in “All” Claret is wonderful thing, so this makes this a great kit match up!

It is being reported that Brentford will be moving from Umbro, with a new deal with Joma starting from the summer, no official announcement as yet but it looks like the successful relationship between the two clubs is coming to an end.

Aston Villa are fast becoming my favourite team on the road this season, wearing the 4th different variation of their Away Kit this season, only wearing it look the one time. They are using the home kit to mash up their looks, we still have yet to see their 3rd kit used in the Premier League.
My favourite Kit Match Up of the weekend was the game between Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham, the Fulham away this season is a great look and worked well match up at Tottenham!

Everton were in their Home Kit with alternative blue socks for the first time this season, a classic Everton look of Blue / White / Blue.

Everton using a new kit variation for their home kit meant that is five different kit looks in the last five games.. and six in last seven!
Fulham have worn four kits in the last four games, with two different home and 3rd Kit looks!
Another team with four kits in four games is Luton Town with the use of the default All Navy 3rd Kit for the first time, this also means that Luton have used nine kits in total this season so far, the 2nd Highest in the Premier League!
My favourite Kit Match Up of this weekend was the game between Brentford and Brighton & Hove Albion, the use of alternative white shorts and socks gives a nice overall balance to the Kit Look, two nice kits!

As well has having a new kit provider in Adidas, Aston Villa have reportedly signed a new front of shirt sponsorship deal with Betano a Greek Betting Company, with a new crest also in the pipeline it will be a completey new look for The Villians next season!
Newcastle United look like they will be wearing a special one off kit in their game against Tottenham Hotspur on 13th April, as well has having a charity sponsor for the game it is reported that The Magpies will wear a kit “unique from any other in club’s history“… one to keep an eye on in the next week!

Even as we reach Matchweek 30 we are seeing new Kit Looks used by teams, this week there were three new kit variations used…
West Ham United used alternative sky blue shorts with their Home for the first time this season to give us a classic Hammers look, these are also the same shorts that we have seen used with the Away Kit as an alternative this season, this is the 5th kit variation used this season by West Ham.
Fulham used their 3rd Kit with alternative pink shorts and socks to give us a nice looking kit against Sheffield United, the 5th kit look used by them this season.
Luton Town used their 8th Kit Variation of the season, another “mash up” on show, using the 3rd shirt with Home shorts and socks for a nice Navy / Navy / Orange look!
Kit Highlights
Although I do not include this as a variation of kit, as the actual kit remains the same Tottenham Hotspur used a charity sponsor in their game against Luton Town, the shirt sponsorship was in support for Philippines-based breast cancer charity “I Can Serve” and supported by regular sponsor AIA.
Everton made it four kits in four games when they used their 3rd Kit at AFC Bournemouth, it is also 5 Kits in 6 games which are all the of the Kit Variations The Toffees have used this season so far!
My favourite Kit Match Up of this weekend was the game between Newcastle United and West Ham United, the balance between the two kits works well, classic looking and timeless in their appearence, this really worked well for me!

There were no new kits on show this weekend, the first time since Matchweek 17, and only the second Matchweek of the season where we have not seen any new outfield, however this is the first time we have seen no new outfield or Goalkeeper kits in a single Matchweek.
Kit Highlights
Luton Town wore their default Away Kit look for just the 2nd time this season at Crystal Palace, they have worn the away shirt in various kit mash ups for 8 times in total but this look was used for the first time since it debuted against Manchester United in Matchweek 12.
Fulham wore their 3rd Kit at Wolverhampton Wanderers, this was their first outing in this kit since Matchweek 9, which was 19 games ago!
My favourite Kit Match Up of this weekend was the game between Arsenal and Brentford, with the visitors in the 3rd kit with alternative navy socks giving a nice overall balance to the Kits on show at The Emirates Stadium, this also means that both fixtures between these clubs have been my Kit Match Up of the week.

Everton has released a special Pre-Match Shirt which is in celebration of Club Captain Seamus Coleman 15 Years at the Club, the shirt uses Coleman’s shirt number of 23 to make up shamrock pattern’s to honour the Irishman.
Some European Kit New with Aston Villa, who had a slight change to their Kit Look in their Europa Conference Last 16 Game at Ajax on Thursday 7th March. Due to a change in Dutch Advertising regulatation last summer which impacted Betting Sponsorship, this meant a return to the front of the shirt for Acorns, a local children’s hospice charity that we have previously seen as headline shirt sponsor between 2008 and 2010.

The first domestic cup of the season has been completed this weekend, with Liverpool lifting the Carabao Cup against Chelsea at Wembley on Sunday 25th February, due to this game it meant this is a slightly different look to the fixtures, with Liverpool playing Luton Town on Wednesday 21st February and the game between Cheslea and Tottenham Hotspur has yet to be arranged so expect to see that game towards the latter weeks of the season. However we are now two thirds of the way through the season with this round of fixtures being the reverse games of Matchweek 11

There was just the one new kit on show this weekend.
Nottingham Forest used their Away Kit against Aston Villa, the shirt was paired with alternative white shorts and socks… this is the99th Kit worn in the Premier League this season!
Kit Highlights
Manchester United “sock watch” continues and I happy to report that the default home socks have been used for the 2nd Home game in a row, so it appears the issues with their socks have now been resolved!
Staying at Old Trafford, Fulham recorded their first victory of the season whilst not wearing their default Home Kit, so far this season they have worn their Home Kit with alternative white socks 5 times and both Away and 3rd kits twice, so this their first victory not in their default Home Kit with black shorts and socks.
Brentford continued their losing streak in their away kit this season, with 4 losses in its 4 appearences, as many of you will know this was also last season’s away and it did not fair much better there with 3 draws and 3 losses in it’s 6 uses… will this be the last time we see this kit in action?
My favourite Kit Match Up of this weekend was again a difficult one to choose with no real stand out fixture, I have gone for Wolverhampton Wanderers and Sheffield United, the use of The Blades alternative red shorts and socks is something I have enjoyed in its two appearences this season and paired with the Old Gold and Black of Wolves works well!

The Premier League is now in full flow, the recent weekend (15th – 17th September) or known as “Match Day 5” in some corners has now been and gone with no great surprises in terms of results but did give us some interesting talking points in terms of kits, so lets dive in and have look at some of the kit talking points in more detail.
Fulham – 4th Kit of the season
There is only one place to start and that is Fulham who wore their 4th different kit of the season and in fact it has been 4 kits in 4 games, quite possibly a record within the Premier League era.
This run of kits started with the introduction of a red third kit in the game against Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley Stadium on 18th August 2018. This kit was no surprise giving that a change was needed with Fulham’s home and away kits not providing a contrast to Tottenham’s current home kit. This was not a new kit but last season’s third kit, updated with this season’s shirt sponsor.
In the next game, Fulham’s home game against Burnley played on 26th August 2018 there was no surprise that they would play in their traditional White shirts / Black shorts / White socks combination.
The next game, away at Brighton and Hove Albion on 1st September 2018 is the one that took the our little kit world by surprise, again as with the game against Spurs, Fulham’s home and away kits would potentially cause a clash with the blue and white stripes worn by Brighton but assumption would be that the red 3rd kit would then make an appearance providing an adequate alternative, however in this game they wore last season’s black away shirt with this season’s home shorts and socks, providing them with a 4th kit for the 2018/19 season.
This brings us to this past week (15th September 2018), where Fulham away at Champions Manchester City would see the first appearance of their new navy blue away kit, however the full away kit was not worn it was paired with what appears to be the home socks, the registered socks with their away kit this season are also navy blue.
I am unaware of a reason behind the choice of kits, particularly in the Brighton game but it creates good conversation and debate around this and football kits, for me a simple Kit Geek this is indeed a wonderful thing.
Crystal Palace – New 3rd Kit
As expected when Crystal Palace visited Huddersfield Town this season we would need to see an alternative to their Home and Away kits, this was launched at the weekend with a fantastic all yellow kit, with a faded red / blue stripe running down the centre of the shirt.
With the additional of this kit, I believe Crystal Palace have one of the best set of kits in the Premier League this season.
Away kit variations
Another area of the world of kits that I enjoy is those variations within a team’s kit, different shorts and socks worn with each kit. This weekend we saw six different variations for team’s kits, West Ham United and Arsenal wore variations of their home kits. Fulham (which we have already discussed), Manchester United, Cardiff City and Brighton & Hove Albion all wore variations of their away kits.
West Ham’s home kit combined with sky blue shorts and socks, is one that really works for me and a variation that I like to see on the pitch.
Manchester United wore their pink away kit for the second time game in a row and for the second time varied from the Pink – Black – Pink combination, this time surprisingly wearing white shorts with the Pink shirts and socks. I was surprised that when moving from the registered black shorts that they did use pink shorts as an alternative but the white seemed to work okay as a contrast.
