The Premier League has now reached the final International Break of 2025, with the 11th round of fixtures completed between Saturday 8th November and Sunday 9th November 2025.

Matchweek 11 Fixtures

New Kits this Matchweek

There were two new kit looks on show this weekend.

Fulham wore alternative black shorts with their Home Kit.

Burnley wore their Away Kit with Home socks for an all Sky Blue look.

Newcastle United 3rd Kit with alternative orange shorts and socks.

There was one new Goalkeeper Kits used this weekend:

Manchester United – Green Adidas Template

Kit Highlights

Fulham wore their 3rd different Home Kit look of the season (4th overall), with alternative black shorts at Everton.. they have worn their default (All White) look six times and with alternative black socks once.

Burnley’s Green Goalkeeper kit becomes the first kit to be worn 10 times this season, having been worn in 10 of the 11 opening games of the season. Overall Burnley worn their 4th Kit of the season this weekend, having worn a mash up of Away with Home Socks.

Crystal Palace and Sunderland both remain undefeated in their Home Kits this season so far, with Sunderland wearing their Home look in 7 games (4 wins / 3 draws) and Crystal Palace in 6 games (2 wins / 4 draws) – Arsenal are also unbeaten in their Home Kit but did not wear it this weekend.

My favourite “Kit Match Up” of the Matchweek was the game between Sunderland and Arsenal, the Arsenal Away with it’s red trim give a nice overall balance to the kit looks on show.

Overall we have seen 14 Home Kits, 3 Away and 3 Third Kit in action.

There were three Kit variations used in this Matchweek.

Fulham – Home, with alternative Black Shorts
Burnley – Away with Home socks
Newcastle United – 3rd, with alternative orange shorts & socks

For Remembrance Day 2025 Sunderland will use a bespoke warm-up shirt that pays tribute and proceeds from each shirt sold will be donated to each of three partner charities

The Premier League has now past the quarter stage of the season and we are taking our usual look at the Kits worn this weekend, Saturday 1st November to Monday 3rd November 2025.

There were three new kit looks on show this weekend.

Manchester United, 3rd Kit with alternative yellow socks.

Chelsea in their Home Kit with alternative blue socks.

Aston Villa in their 3rd Kit

There was also three new Goalkeeper Kits used this weekend:

Leeds United – Pink Adidas Template
Arsenal – Yellow Adidas Trefoil Template
Aston Villa – Black Adidas Trefoil Template

Kit Highlights

This weekend seven of the Away teams wore 3rd Kits, with only one Away Kit and two Home Kits on show, with Chelsea wearing an alternative look with blue socks.

Arsenal used their 6th different Goalkeeper Kit look of the season (10 games), wearing the yellow Trefoil Template, this was the 3rd different colour goalkeeper kit used in their 3rd Kits three outings and the 2nd different yellow goalkeeper kit used.

Wolverhampton Wanderers used their 3rd Kit for 3rd time this season, also having used their Away Kit once, this means they have worn change kits for as many times as they did in total last season in their opening 10 games of the season.

AFC Bournemouth lost their first game of the season in their Home Kit, this was the 8th game (out of 10) wearing the Kit winning five and drawing two of the first seven games using this look, they were also the only Away team to wear their default Home Kit this weekend.

My favourite “Kit Match Up” of the Matchweek was the game between Nottingham Forest and Manchester United, two nice looking kits and with Manchester United in contrasting socks (as regular readers will know one of my favourite kit looks), this was always going to be a winner this week.

Overall we have seen 12 Home Kits, 1 Away and 7 Third Kit in action.

There were two Kit variations used in this Matchweek.

Manchester United – 3rd, with alternative yellow socks
Chelsea – Home, with alternative blue socks

There were three new kit looks on show this weekend.

West Ham United, in an all claret look for their Home Kit.

Liverpool wore their 3rd Kit with alternative white socks.

Manchester City wore their 3rd Kit for the first time.

There was also three new Goalkeeper Kits used this weekend:

Fulham – Orange Adidas Template
Brighton & Hove Albion – Yellow Nike Template
Crystal Palace – Grey Macron Template

Kit Highlights

Liverpool in their 4th Kit Variation of the season and their 2nd different look for their 3rd Kit and have yet to use the default look in Premier League (they have used in Champions League).

They also used the standard Adidas Goalkeeper kit (yellow template) rather than a Trefoil Goalkeeper Kit.

Crystal Palace continue to wear change kits in all of their away games this season, having worn their Gold Kit in four games and All White Kit in one game.

West Ham’s all claret look means they have worn four different kit looks in their last four games.

My favourite “Kit Match Up” of the Matchweek was the game between Newcastle United and Fulham, Fulham’s 3rd Kit this season is an interesting look, and the all fluro green look worked well matched against Newcastle’s Home Kit.

Overall we have seen 15 Home Kits, 2 Away and 3 Third Kit in action.

There were three Kit variations used in this Matchweek, one Home, one Away and one 3rd.

West Ham United – Home, All Claret
Liverpool – 3rd, with alternative white socks
Fulham – Away, with alternative fluro green shorts & socks – 3rd time used.

Kit News

The first “Winter Ball” from Puma was launched in the past week, the yellow ball will get it’s first use in weekend of 8th November, with the game between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur being the first game to use the ball.

The Adidas and Arsenal relationship continues to look to the past to offer supporters alternative equipment with the release a remake of the 1992/94 Home Shirt, the shirt is accompanied with a range of other products.

Premier League Matchweek 8 review is out later than normal due to personal circumstances, apologies to you regular readers and thank you for your concern when the post did not get published as normal.

This report is taking a look at fixtures played between Saturday 18th October to Monday 20th October as the Premier League returned for it’s second International Break of the season, Matchweek 9’s review will follow!

Matchweek 8 Fixtures

It was a bumper weekend of new kit looks, with 7 teams sporting a kit look they have not used this season

Chelsea, wore their Away kit with alternative shorts (green) and socks (cream).

Everton wore their 3rd Kit.

Bournemouth, another team in their 3rd kit for first time this season.

Wolverhampton Wanderers wore their Away Kit for the first time.

Arsenal also in their Away for the first time this season in the Premier League.

Aston Villa wore their Home Kit with Claret Socks.

Manchester United were another team in their Away kit for the first time, with alternative white shorts.

There were also four new Goalkeeper Kits used this weekend:

Newcastle United – Purple Adidas Template
Everton – Orange
Arsenal – Green Adidas Template
Brentford – Pink

Kit Highlights

Aston Villa, who had 13 different Kit Looks last season have hitting the ground running in repeating that feat this season, with their 5th Kit look of the season in Premier League’s 8 games so far! This was their 3rd different Home Kit look.

Arsenal are leading the front on the Goalkeeper Kit looks, they have worn their 5th different Goalkeeper Kit this season, with their 2nd different Green Kit worn at Fulham.

Everton wore a change Kit for the first time this season, in the 8th Game.

My favourite “Kit Match Up” of the Matchweek was the game between West Ham United and Brentford, the two kits making a great match up against each other.

Overall we have seen 12 Home Kits, 5 Away and 3 Third Kits in action.

There were four Kit variations used in this Matchweek, three of which were Away Kits.

Aston Villa – Home, with alternative claret socks
Chelsea – Away, with alternative shorts (green) & socks (cream)
Manchester United – Away with alternative white shorts
Newcastle United – Away with alternative white socks – 2nd time used

Kit Grid – Up to 21st October

Manchester City have launched a “Special” Kit in collaboration with EA SPORTS FC, for those fans purchasing the kit will be able to use the club crest to unlock exclusive items within the game. The kit will get some match action, as it will be worn by the Men’s team in the Champions League away fixtures, debuting against Villarreal on 21st October, and by the Women’s team in domestic fixtures throughout the season.

The Adidas Trefoil Kits which have been club’s 3rd Kits over the past two seasons are rumoured to be changing to Away Kits for next season, this ties in with use of the Trefoil for Away Kits in next summer’s World Cup.

The Premier League is now starting to feel in full swing, Friday night football returns for the first time since Matchweek 2, so its our weekly look into the kits worn this weekend before the second International Break of the season.

We had just the one new Kit look on show this Matchweek.

Crystal Palace wore their “Away” Kit for the first time this season.

There were also three new Goalkeeper Kits used this weekend:

Arsenal – Purple Adidas Template
Aston Villa – Pink Adidas Template
Crystal Palace – Orange Macron Template

Kit Highlights

Arsenal become the 3rd team to use four different Goalkeeper Kits this season, having worn the purple standard Adidas template against West Ham United.

Everton continue to be their streak of not wearing a change kit yet this season, granted they were playing at Home this weekend but is all 7 games this season in their Home Kit (wearing all Blue in opening match of the season at Leeds United)

This game also saw Crystal Palace an alternative goalkeeper kit for the first time this season, having worn first choice green goalkeeper kit for the first six games.

My favourite “Kit Match Up” of the Matchweek was the game between Bournemouth and Fulham, with Bournemouth’s Home kit being on the of the Kits of the season in Premier League (well apart from Sponsor) and Fulham in their wonderful retro inspired Away kit with alternative shorts / socks.

Brighton & Hove Albion have changed the colour of the nameset worn with their Away Kit, having worn white in it’s first appearance at Everton, this was switched to the more visible black against Wolve.

There was just the one Kit variations used in this Matchweek.

It was another European week last week, Aston Villa playing in The Netherlands against Feyenoord, and due to the local laws around sponsorship it meant Villa wore their own charity foundation on the front of their shirts in this game.

Crystal Palace were another team that replaced their betting sponsor in their game against Dynamo Kyiv, played in Lublin, Poland and carrying “Palace for Life”

Manchester United wore their 3rd kit for the first time, using alternative yellow shorts and socks.

Brighton & Hove Albion in their 3rd Kit (last season’s Away).

Liverpool in their Away Kit.

Burnley in their 3rd Kit for the first time this season.

Sunderland in their Away Kit

There was also four new Goalkeeper Kits used this weekend:

Brighton & Hove Albion – Black Nike Template
Liverpool – Yellow Adidas Template
Manchester United – Pink Adidas Trefoil Template
West Ham United – Orange Umbro Template

Kit Highlights

Brighton & Hove Albion wore a “3rd” Kit in the first time in the Premier League for the first time since 2023 / 24 Season, where they wore their 3rd Kit against Newcastle United.

Liverpool wore their fourth different Goalkeeper Kit of the season, using the yellow Adidas Template Kit, however unlike the other teams using this template, it was used with a black nameset, not red.

Everton remain the only team not to wear a change kit yet this season, having worn their Home in their opening 6 games, 5 times in it’s default look and once with blue shorts.

My favourite “Kit Match Up” of the Matchweek was the game between Nottingham Forest and Sunderland, something classical looking about “Red v Blue” with both teams in white shorts, and given it was Ryder Cup weekend, this was the game for me!

Overall we have seen 13 Home Kits, 3 Away and 4 Third Kit in action.

There was just the one Kit variations used in this Matchweek.

Newcastle United wore their Away Kit with alternative white socks.

Kit Highlights

Aston Villa and Newcastle United are leading the way in the number of kits used this season, both clubs wearing four kit variations in the opening five games.

Tottenham Hotspur wore their 4th different Goalkeeper look of the five games so far, rumours of delivery issues of their new kit at the start season meant they used last season’s yellow template in the first game of the season, and by using the pink version of the current Nike Goalkeeper selection meant they have used their three kits from this season now, so four kits used in total.

West Ham United wore their 3rd choice goalkeeper kit this weekend and its a rare sight nowadays, as its a kit with constrasting shorts and socks, rather than the single colour look that we normally see with Keepers!

My favourite “Kit Match Up” of the Matchweek was the game between Liverpool and Everton, two classic looking home kits for the Merseyside Rivals this season, so seeing them up against each other was a pleasing Kit Match up!

Overall we have seen 14 Home Kits, 5 Away and 1 Third Kit in action.

There were two Kit variations used in this Matchweek, both the new kits we saw used this weekend.

The Premier League is back after the first International Break of the season and the closure of the transfer window! Matchweek 4 has been completed and we are taking a more detailed look into the Kits used this past weekend.

All 60 Kits have now been released… with Liverpool officially launching their 3rd Kit.

Matchweek 4 Fixtures

Kits Worn in Total – 48 (+5 Kits this Matchweek)
Goalkeeper Kits – 39 (+4 Kits this Matchweek)

New Kits this Matchweek

There were 5 new Kit looks on show this Matchweek.

Nottingham Forest in their Away Kit, with alternative navy blue shorts.

Aston Villa in an alternative Home Kit look, with claret shorts and socks.

Leeds United in their 3rd Kit for first time in League this season.

Tottenham Hotspur in alternative navy socks with their Home Kit.

Liverpool in their 3rd Kit for the first time, wearing alternative green shorts on this occasion.

There were also four new Goalkeeper Kit looks used this weekend:

Burnley – Orange
Leeds United – Blue Template
Liverpool – Black Adidas Trefoil Template
Wolverhampton Wanderers – Pink

Kit Highlights

There are eight teams that have worn three different kit looks in their opening four games, of these Brentford, Leeds United, Newcastle United and West Ham United and the only teams to wear Home, Away and 3rd Kits.

This was the first time that Liverpool have worn the Adidas Trefoil logo in the Premier League, last wearing in the English Top Flight in the 1990 / 91 Season.

Nottingham Forest were the only team wear an Away Kit this weekend and are the first team to wear two variations of a change kit with their use of navy blue shorts against Arsenal.

Thanks to our friend (and guest of The Football Kit Podcast) Jim Hearson for pointing out that in Ange Postecoglou’s first game in charge of Forest, they actually look like Tottenham Hotspur!

My favourite “Kit Match Up” of the Matchweek was the game between West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur, with the amount of Navy in the Spurs shirt, the alternative socks give a nice balance to the Kit, overall giving a nice kit match!

Overall we have seen 16 Home Kits, 1 Away and 3 Third Kits in action.

Sunderland have launched a range of retro shirts and tracksuits based on their Patrick kits and equipment worn between 1986 and 1988, carrying the Patrick logo and Tuborg sponsor of that time.

The final kit to be released in the Premier League this season was the Liverpool 3rd, no surprises in what this looks like as images have been doing the rounds for several months, so it is nice to official pictures and confirmation of Black Trefoil Goalkeeper Template.
