Its December and the Premier League fixtures are coming in thick and fast, so here a look at the Kits worn in Matchweek 14.
As always you can find last week Matchweek’s review – here
The current Kit Overview for Premier League is below, we now have all 60 shirts released… still waiting for confirmation of the shorts that will be used with Luton Town’s 3rd.

Matchweek 14 Fixtures

Total Kits Used
- Kits Worn in Total – 77 (+2 from Matchweek 13)
- Goalkeeper Kits – 54 (+1 from Matchweek 13)
New Kits this Matchweek
A couple more new kit looks on show this week,
Brighton & Hove Albion used their away kit with alternative white shorts, this was the first time this look has been used in a competitive game this season and becomes the 3rd different look used The Seagulls this season in the League.

Luton Town, now this is the kind of kit usage that got me interested in Football Kits all those years ago, The Hatters have given us an “Ultimate” Kit Mash, with elements of all three kits being on show in one game! This was the first time that we have seen the 3rd Shirt in the League this season, however it was paired with Away Shorts and Home Socks…. simply Wonderful!
This also becomes the 6th Kit Variation used by The Hatters this season, joint 2nd highest in Premier League.

There was one new Goalkeeper Kit on show, which was Crystal Palace who used their 3rd different Goalkeeper Kit with an Orange alternative kit.

Kit Highlights
“Sock Watch”, with Manchester United going for the Teamwear socks with the new Adidas logo this now seems to the sock of choice now, having been used 4 times in a row (with Home Kit).

Aston Villa using their away kit in an all white format means that they have used four different kit looks in their last four games.

Crystal Palace have now worn their Away Kit 3 times in the last four games

My favourite Kit Match Up of the weekend was the game between Brentford and Luton Town, it was always going to be this game this week with that Luton Town Mash Up…
This gives me another excuse to share a picture of it!

Kit Stats
Overall we have seen 14 Home Kits, 4 Away Kits and 2 3rd kits in action in this Matchweek.
There were six variations on show, three Home, two Away and one 3rd, this the most variations seen in one matchweek, the 2nd time this season we have seen this (first being MW6).
- Aston Villa using white shorts with their Away Kit to give an all white look, the 2nd time this has been used this season.
- Brighton & Hove Albion, used an alternative look for the first time in Premier League, using white shorts with their away kit
- Everton in All Blue, the 2nd time this look has been seen in League.
- Fulham using alternative white socks and again the 2nd time this look has been used this season
- Luton Town with their wonderful mash up… 3rd Shirt / Away Shorts and Home Socks
- Manchester United in Teamwear (new Adidas Logo) black socks with their Home Kit, the 4th time this has been used
Kit Grid – Up to 4th December
